  • Summer Housing will be in DolanÌýResidence Hall and students will be housed in a double room with a roommate (Room rates are based on a weekly rate of $150). Week will run Saturday to Saturday. All residents should expect that they will have a roommate for Summer 2025.

  • Dolan Residence Hall is an air conditioned facility that has community spaces, lounges, study rooms, a kitchen, and laundry facilities. For any accommodation, JCU Students should reach out to the SAS Office. Non-JCU Students can contact the Office of Residence Life with questions.Ìý

  • Students currently on campus should include summer housing dates starting the day after finals end, STARTING MAY 15, 2025. You will stay in your current room until UNTIL MAY 16 when you must be present to move into summer housing from 3-5pm.Ìý

  • IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY IN HOUSING, the earliest you can move into summer housing isÌýMAY 16, 2025, 3-5pm.

  • Students with Housing Assignments for Fall 2025 can have summer housing dates continue until early arrival openingÌýPROJECTED TO BE THE WEEK OF AUGUST 11, 2025Ìýand will move into their Fall spaceÌýonÌýAUGUST 1, 2025. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE THIS DATE TO MOVE.

  • If you do not have a fall housing assignmentÌýor are NOT AÌýJCU student,ÌýÌýYOU MUST MOVE OUT OF DolanÌýRESIDENCE HALL ON AUGUST 1, 2025.

  • TRANSITION DATE INTO SUMMER HOUSING: MAY 16, 3Ìý- 5pm
  • TRANSITION DATE OUT OF SUMMER HOUSING: AUGUST 1, 3Ìý- 5pm.

**IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE PRIOR TO THE DATE INDICATED ON YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.**

  • If you would like to extend your stay, you may do so and will be charged the appropriate weekly rate. Contact the Office of Residence Life if you are extending the end date of your Summer Housing.
  • If you would like to stay during non-consecutive weeks, you may do so, but will need to submit a housing application for each time block you plan on staying. You will need to move completely out of your space during weeks you are not registered to stay on campus.
  • PLEASE BE ADVISED, WHILE THERE IS NO PARKING PERMIT REQUIRED FOR SUMMER HOUSING PARKING, PLEASE OBSERVE POSTED SIGNS IN PARKING LOTS AND PARK IN "GENERAL PARKING". SUMMER CONSTRUCTION AND FACILITIES WORK WILL IMPACT PATHWAYS ACROSS CAMPUS AT VARIOUS TIMES SO THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AS YOU NAVIGATE CAMPUS THIS SUMMER.Ìý
