Do I Need to Submit Transcripts?
If you have attended any other colleges or universities since leaving John Carroll, you are required to submit official transcripts from each institution. Transcripts must be sent directly to JCU by the issuing institution—we cannot accept transcripts that are issued to the student or hand-delivered.
Documents should be sent to the Office of Undergraduate Admission or via secure electronic delivery (Parchment or the National Student Clearinghouse) via admission@jcu.edu.

Failure to report enrollment at any college or university may result in immediate dismissal.
Transfer Reference Form
Some students may be asked to complete a based on their previous educational experience. This form provides information about your conduct record. If you need to complete this form as part of your application, you will be contacted by your admission counselor.
When You’re Eligible to Reapply
Students who have been suspended from JCU are eligible to apply for readmission after one semester and one summer have elapsed. It is strongly recommended that students who were suspended from JCU take classes elsewhere before applying for readmission.
Students who left JCU after May 2020 and have not taken classes elsewhere should refer to the conditions outlined in their suspension letter.
Students who have been dismissed from JCU are eligible to apply for readmission after five years from the date of dismissal. Students who wish to be considered for readmission after the expiration of this time period and have completed at least twelve (12) college-level credits with a 2.5 GPA at another accredited institution must submit the .

All readmitted students will be held to current program and curricular requirements. Students may petition to revert to their previous requirements.
