You’ll be prepared to pursue professional roles that are in-demand and growing faster than the average occupations, such as general, operations, and HR managers, compensation, benefits, and job analysts, training and development specialists, and first-line supervisors in entertainment, recreation, food, and personal services.

Spend a semester or summer interning with a business or nonprofit, here in the Cleveland area and beyond. Solve real-world business challenges through consulting projects and competitions.

Build Industry-Standard Competencies

Earn your degree in a program that’s designed to align with industry best practices by developing competencies outlined by the Society for Human Resources Management, including but not limited to leadership, project navigation, ethical practice, and change management.
