State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA)

John Carroll participates in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA), which facilitates distance education access across state lines.

Specialized Program Accreditations

  • Boler College of Business: Accredited by AACSB International for undergraduate, graduate, and accounting programs.
  • Education: Approved by the Ohio Department of Higher Education and AAQEP.
  • Chemistry: Approved by the ACS to offer ACS-certified degrees.
  • Counseling: Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling programs are accredited by CACREP.
  • Nursing: Conditionally approved by the Ohio Board of Nursing; seeking accreditation from CCNE.
