Summer 2026 Orientation dates will be available soon.
All students enrolling at John Carroll must have a final high school transcript on file. This transcript must include complete senior year grades and must show the date of high school graduation.
Many high schools will automatically send your final high school transcript, but it is your ultimate responsibility as the student to ensure that it is sent and received. Failure to submit a final high school transcript could prevent you from registering for coursework at John Carroll.
While we prefer to receive this final transcript uploaded by school officials through the Common Application, we can also accept it in any of the following ways:
- Faxed by the school to 216.397.4981
- Emailed as an attachment directly from the school (from a school-issued email address) to admission@jcu.edu
- Mailed to: Office of Admission 麻豆社 1 John Carroll Blvd. University Heights, OH 44118
Final high school transcripts should be submitted to John Carroll by July 1.
- First-Year Residential Students: First-year students are not permitted to have a car on campus at JCU. Exceptions are available for students who need a car based on documented accommodations through Student Accessibility Services (SAS). Please contact SAS if you have any questions or concerns.
